Notice of Destruction of Special Education Records

This notification is to inform parents/guardians and FORMER students of Nooksack Valley School District of the District’s intent to destroy the special education records of FORMER students whose special education services ended during the 2017-2018 school year, due to graduating, completing their educational program at age 21, or moving from the district. The reason the district intends to destroy the records is because they are no longer needed to provide educational services and are no longer required to be retained under state or federal law. The records will be destroyed on August 16, 2025.

Parents/guardians or eligible former students whose records are subject to destruction may request a copy of the records before destruction. To request a copy, please contact Carol Lagassé at (360) 988-4754 or in writing at the following address:

Breakfast is from 9:00-9:15 a.m.

Lunch is from 11:30 a.m.-11:45

 

July 28 through August 14

 

Nooksack Valley High School

3326 E. Badger Road, Everson WA

Meals will be offered Monday through Thursday

Breakfast is from 8:45-9:00 a.m.

Lunch is from 11:30 a.m.-11:50 a.m.
