  • Head Lice Information

FROM THE NURSE: Please make a practice of checking your student’s hair for head lice and nits. This time of year, we see an increase in the number of cases and need your help in preventing the spread. The most effective screening occurs when parents check their children at home, treat if any are found, and make efforts to remove the nits. Please remind your student not to share hats with their friends. If you have any questions regarding head lice, please contact Lynnette Ondeck @360-966-7561, ext 3117. For more information, visit CDC site at
